“We love the pace of the North Coast. We know our neighbors and our community. We can say ‘hello’ to anyone and receive that same greeting in return.”

Meet Cyrus Javadi

Cyrus with his five children.

My family and I chose to move to Tillamook because we prefer the atmosphere in a small town versus the larger cities. In small towns, there is less crime, less traffic, and good clean air for our family to enjoy.

We love the pace of the North Coast. We know our neighbors and our community. We can say “hello” to anyone and receive that same greeting in return. I love going to the grocery store and spending a half-hour just visiting with all the familiar friends and neighbors.

I was born in Utah, but during my childhood, we moved to New England for several years. As a teenager, I moved back to Utah to attend high school and college. I earned a degree in accounting and did financial and tax work.

After earning my dental degree in 2008, I moved to Astoria to begin my career at a local dentist’s office. Later, the downturn in the economy forced me to try to pursue my career in Texas. However, I missed the Oregon Coast, and ten years ago, I came back to the North Coast to Tillamook to practice dentistry.  In addition to my own practice, I am currently the Dental Director for the Tillamook County Health Department.
